Principles of this policy

The principles that determine this policy are to:

·Set out that all users of are bound by the GHC Acceptable Use Policy

·State activities that are unacceptable

Scope

The Policy applies to all users which includes Corporate Clients, members, guests, employees, collaborating parties, agency workers, agents and affiliates of Global Honor Club（GHC） 

You agree to not use the site to:

·breach any applicable local, national or international law or regulation

·post any offensive, obscene or indecent images, data or otherwise unlawful material or material that is defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, extremist

·post material which discriminates on the basis of race, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation

·knowingly transmit any data, end or upload any material that contains viruses, keystroke loggers, Trojan horses, time-bombs, worms, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or malicious computer code which may adversely affect the operation of any computer hardware or software

·Infringe on Intellectual Property (IP) including GHC’s IP rights
